This offer is only for people who have a Gameshark V3.2 or higher. The way to tell if you have a V3.2 Gameshark is to look on the back of your Gameshark cart.

If the back of your Gameshark looks like this, then you've got V3.2 and are eligible for this offer! If the back Gameshark does not look like this, you can still get a Gameshark Codes update instead.

Upgrading the Gameshark's ROM upgrades the current ROM installed in your Gameshark's memory from the current version you have to the newest ROM version. Each updated ROM version has bugs fixed in it that the previous ROM had. There is no way to tell when a new version will come out, it's just whenever InterAct puts it out.

Here is a rundown of what this deal includes and the process taken:

1. You send your V3.2 or greater Gameshark to me, Kuky. I will send an e-mail to the specified e-mail address when I receive your Gameshark to let you know I got it.
2. I will upgrade the current ROM on your Gameshark to the highest version ROM I have.
   • If I receive your Gameshark, and I do not have a ROM upgrade for your Gameshark because you already have the highest version, I will return your Gameshark to you with the money you normally would have provided for shipping back to you.
   • If I receive your Gameshark, and it does not have the ability to be upgraded because you do not have V3.2 or higher, I will return your Gameshark to you using the money you normally would have provided for shipping back to you.
3. Upon upgrading your Gameshark, I will do a several trial runs with it which includes starting it up and running a game with it to check that codes work, just to make sure there are no errors.
4. After completing tests with your new ROM, I will then ship you back your Gameshark promptly.
5. After getting your Gameshark updated from me once, you will have the option of getting your Gameshark ROM updated again when a newer ROM comes out for a decreased price.
