Feyja snarls into Resipoz's face and smacks him hard. She aburptly turns away and stalks to the other side of the room. "Your kingdom will crumble and fall one day, old man. Then I shall dance on your grave. Go back to your castle, you foul my air."

"I said no Jakain. I will not allow it.

"But sir..It's my life's work. I need this!"

"I said no. Get out of my face."

Jakain blinked a few times. He'd forgotten he was supposed to be talking. He glanced at the 4 other people huddled in the circle, the faces on each lit up by the flicker of a lamp and the occasional torch-armed patrol moving past.

He looked up at the 4 and said "Then we're agreed. Aklaine, Hetrox, you two will begin the assault. Kainin, Neulin, your job is to secure Cozen. I want him alive, understood?" the female Cleyvexe nodded to him "We're ready."

Jakain smiled in the darkness "Begin phase one."

There was the sounds of snapping cords, and then the sound of crashing walls, and screams and shouts. Large black balls covered in spikes began flying through the walls, knocking through the stone as if it was paper. Each ball crashed through the frail soldiers it landed on, and covered anyone near it in huge amount of sand when the ball exploded.

There was the sound of footsteps, and a Arminic dressed in withering gray robes stepped through the fallen walls. He looked at the awestruck soldiers and then smiled underneath his white mask. He lifted his hands and said "Shouldn't you children be sleeping at this hour?" and then flexed his fingers tightly. The sand on the soldiers began to lift off them, then flew into the nose and mouth, effectively choking them. Then he let his arms drop to his side, and each soldier was instantly impaled from the inside on cluster of sand-made spikes.

Jakain stepped in next to Aklaine and yelled "RUSH THEM!" and a literal swarm of rebel soldiers flew in past him. Elemental gunfire and clashing of weapons was heard throughout most of the castle. The guards attempting to come in from outside were cut down by a hail of elemental shots, coming from several hidden places along the castle wall and grounds. Jakain smiled and said "Welcome to Phase One." as another scream echoed down the hallways.

Darker red lights flash and louder beeping could be heard. Cozen rapidly types in a few codes and brings up the cameras of the invasion. "What!.... ****!...." He yells into the mic for the computer to get a hold of Feyja. "FEYJA GET OUT OF THERE!!!!!" He begins to direct to Feyja on whats happening at the moment. His eyes widen and become worried.

Tarox snapped his head back, hearing the sounds. "What the?..." he grabbed his pyrogauntlets and strapped them on quickly, then his short sword, grabbed the sheath and kicked the door down, strapping the sheath to his belt. He could hear the rain of elemental gun fire and shook his head. "Damn it..." he looked back towards the doorway that both Feyja and Resipoz's room then had to duck away, a rain of gun fire shooting out. He waited a seconed, waiting for the fireing to end, then turned the corner and envoked his earth elemental powers and caused running spikes to suddenly shoot out towards the gunmen, as well as a burst of flame. he ran, quickly behind the attack and kicked in the door. "Feyja, King Rezipos, an attack has started on the castle... we have to do something!" Another rain of gunfire echoed past, the open door not muffling any sound. "The volley fire is a pain... but I'm sure I can get us out..." he looked back. "You two are too important to let die..."

Feyja, with the combined messages of warning, leaps around and rushes past the door. "Cozen, get out of here! We're fine, we're right by the door! Come on, you two." She motions at Resipoz and Tarox, then leaves them to bolt out the door. A large peice of ceiling crumbles down. She stops short and dodges around it. Another falling peice smacks her hard on the arm, bringing a curse of pain. The Arsminic queen dives through the door and twists around. "Cozen!"

He shakes his head. "damn that woman..." he looked back to Rezipos. "Alow me to help you and your men out... i know this place better than you do, it would be for the best..." He looked back, the volley fire maddening. "I know that our countries aren't exactly on the friendliest terms with one another, but i do respect you... so i ask you, please... trust me..."

"Feyja... Don't worry Tarox will protect you! I have to find out whos doing this!" Minutes go by and still Cozen could not find anything. After a couple of curses he leaps out of his chair and races towards the door. He pauses and presses a buton on the communicator. He then speaks into the mic sending it out to someone he knew very dearly.

"Where are you my friend???"

Unsheathing his sword and pistol he kicks open the door and races down the dark hallways firing blasts of fire with his pistol to light the way.

Jakain pulled his bloodied spear from the soldier who has just attacked him. He chuckled and turned to Aklaine, who had just finished making a part of the wall collapse on a group of soldiers.

Jakain sighed and said "Aklaine, you take over here. I'm going to go find Hetrox." and he quickly walked off down a hallway.

"Then by all means necessary to get the King outta here!" Furaiken answered Tarox for his King.
He pulled out his sword and skilled as he is, he blocked a few incoming elemental bullets. The other guards join in by firing back at the direction where the shots came from, making more of a dangerous crossfire. In quick desperation Furaiken threw a smoke grenade to blind the enemies' sight.
"If you need cover, we will give it to you! As long as you get King Resipoz out!"

Tarox nodded and turned back to the King. "Sir, we must get out of here now..." He held his hand out in a sence of formalities. "My name is Tarox... I'm the captain of Cozen's personal army..." he smiled, dispite what was happening, he continued to attempt chivalry, showing formalities, introducing himself. He was just like that... and he most likely would never change.

Resipoz was about to finally lose it and demand his men fire on Feyja when he was suddenly bombarded with noise, shouts, commands, and explosions. He turns to Tarox and frowns. "I shall not create difficulty in a time like this. Be warned, however, that if there is a betrayal my men will kill you. Lead the way.''

Feyja fumes and curses, pacing nervously a safe distance from the castle. She watches as the inhabitants of the castle-maids, servants, nobles, etc-race by, screaming. "Cozen, you fool. Get out of there before it collaspes!" Not the self-sacrificing type, Feyja has no intention of returning into the doomed building in search of him. She watches sullenly as a far part of the castle buckles. "Hurry your fool ass out of there!"

Jakain rushed down one of the hallways, skewering any unfortunete soldiers on his spear. He jumped over a big of rubble and landed feet first on the head of a guard. He jumped off and shoved his fist into the man's back, and kicked him to the floor.


The soldiers firing at Furaiken and Resipoz's soldiers were blinded by the smoke, and coughing was heard as the firing stopped. There was a muffled sound, and smaller versions of the spiked balls that had broken through the walls, came flying down the tunnel, hitting soldiers and exploding into clouds of sand that obscured vision.

Tarox looked back slightly. "I betray nobody... espeacially not someone i respect" he looked back out. "There is a doorway accross the way here, if we casn get to there, then I know a way from there out of here that should get us out rather unoticed." he looked back, his hands clenching and his faciasl expression showing one of concentration. "They fire a volley almost every 3 seconeds, we dont have much time for error... I will escort the king out myself, the others have to fend themselves." he looked back. 'ready?..." he closed his eyes, the mental calculations of the last volley hearing in his head, the slowdown within his mind of the fireing. he heard one shot, two then finally after the third shot, he yelled "now!!!" na dpounded his fist downwards towards the ground, creating a wall of earth that blocked volley, but not for long. "Come on!"

When Tarox blocked the volley, Furaiken rush as requested. However, the ceiling above them gave way and collapse. Part of the ceiling hit Furaiken, knocking him to the floor. When the dust cleared, he finds himself half buried and unable to move. The other guards notice Furaiken, but wave his hand forward. "GO! Forget about me!"

Tarox looked back, seeing this happen and wavered for amoment... if he had more time he could do something... but his duty was to protect Resipoz right now. he looked at him, meeting the other's gaze then gave a slight salute before continuing on.

Furaiken saw Tarox’s salute, but was in too much pain to salute back and watch him leave with the king. He rest on the floor he is currently stuck on knowing that he will die by the enemy or the building itself.

It reminds him of the first time he awaken from a ruined village. Expect the fact that is no battle going on, he was stuck in same way as he is now. He had no memory but he considered it the begin of his life. In the same as now, it could be the same thing but to end his life.

He saw his rifle in front of him and held it weakly to defend himself till the end, which and when it may be. He began to speak softly to himself. “This is… it. This is my… duty. I did what I could… Did I… do the right…”

Blood gush out of his mouth before he finish his sentence. He looked at the liquid red he made next to him. For strange reason, it somehow told or remind him of a life that he never experience… …a vision?

Aklaine sighed and walked forward. He has just narrowly missed his chance at grabbing Resipoz, and was upset. He made a fist with one hand and made a smashing motion with it, and a chunk of the ceiling fell right onto the guards that had rushed his squad.

He sighed and yelled "Go assist Hetrox's squad in assaulting the armory." and then walked into the hallway. He leaned down next to Furaiken in the hallway and just stared at him. "It's too bad your against me. I would have very much liked to have fought alongside you." and then stood up.

He brushed himself off and then turned around. He gave Furaiken one last glance, and then lifted his hand. With a almost casual wave, some of the rubble flew off Furaiken, loosening him from underneath it. Aklaine stalked off down the hallway, and then yelled back "We'll meet again someday."

Akechi. doging between ruble and heavy fire, he comes across TArox, "Wheres Cozen!" Akechi screamed over the heavy damage, but he doubted Tarox heared him, when he saw a warrior under the rubble, "Hold on" Akechi said as he ran over to the crushed fighter. "Ill get you outta here," Being a cleyvex his arms reached down all the way and picked up the exstremely heavy peice of ruble, he then laid down turnecut, "Hey you AWake!! WELL im putting a ternecut on your leg! Ill carry you outa here but take my pistol" He hands the fighter his rather large pistol. "Just shoot!" He said as he began to pick him up

Resipoz remains outraged at the audacity of the attack, this would not go unforgiven. Yet he stomachs his feelings and follows Tarox, reaching into his coat for his custom handgun. "They will pay for this ten-fold..."

Tarox nodded, another hallway of Volley shots coming up. He leaned against the wall, looking back towards Resipoz. "Yeah tell me about it..." He created another sheat of earth so they could get through easily. "Were almost there..." He looked over and saw a doorway. "In there..." Upon entering the room, there seemed to be nothing, completly empty. "Third row from the top... seconed from the left... here..." he suddenly punched the wall where that one brick was, and the wall slid away. "Lets go..."

"I hope there out of there...." Racing down the shadowy hallways he turns quickly into another corridor from the one he entered in. After a few minutes of running he kicks open the door that layed firmly on the wall. A lighter room is where he entered and he quickly runs to the other side. The room was lit only by a blue lght that was filling the room from a small crack in the ceiling. He stops to stare at the light for a moment and closes his eyes. When he opened them a small tear ran down his face and dropped to the floor where the dust ran away from the moisture. He shakes his head a bit and sighs deeply before entering the next room.

"Please...... where are you......"

He turns the knob and enters the room. Quickly passing somr guards he races through the pile of rubble. He gets attacked from the side but before the man got close his sword was cut in half from Cozens attack. He shoots at the man and conitnues to run. He has no time for games.

"Feyja better be out of here......"

Slowly, Jakain walked into a room that the fighting had not reached. He started slightly when he heard someone come bolting into the room from the other side. His eyes narrowed and he hissed under his breath, then tightened his gauntleted fist.

"Cozen. How long it's been." he said in a voice that hung between venom and amazement. "Or should I refer to you as 'Your Majesty."?"

"Who..... Who are you!.... You seem oddly familiar?!..." Cozen says in an excited tone as he came rushing through the door. He closes his eyes and has a unexcepted flashback of an old town.Two people standing across from each other with weapons armed. He snaps his head up with eyes wide open. "YOU!... I thought I got rid of you!..... "

Jakain smugly grinned "Excatly. You 'thought'. And now I'm back, my dear King Cozen." he said and then pointed his spear at him "And I intend to take your life. But not today. I'll let you go for today. I, amazingly as it sounds, don't have time for you. But please do stay and enjoy watching your 'castle' burn to the ground." and then ran across the room, and disappeared down another hallway.

Furaiken took the large pistol but shove away Akechi refusing to be picked up. Instead he crawled to the direction where he last saw Aklaine. Something bothered him about this person of what he said.

"I would have very much liked to have fought alongside you?..." He muttered under his voice of what Aklaine said to him. "We'll meet again someday? What make him think I see him? Does he... know me?"

It was highly unlikely that an enemy would help him and let him get away. But it happen. Could have it be for another reason? Could it be that this person knows of him before Furaiken lost his memory? That was what Furaiken wanted to know and in desperation he crawed after him. The question in his mind burn into him and he took hard inhales. It seems in vain to crawl after Aklaine, but to know his past is Furaiken's true weakness.

Or perhaps it was his pride and does not want pity?

Resipoz snorts at the secret passage and follows with what remains of his guard. "With all these secret halls, you'd think Cozen was hiding something."

Tarox chuckled. "yeah, well, Cozen doesnt tell me much, i know of these palces from following him once or twice..." He came to a small dead end. "well... here we are... no secrets to use... just gotta bust this wall down." he chuckled, looking back. "Not like it matters, the castle's history..." He looked back towards the wall. "Once you are safe your magesty... I will leave you with some of your troops... then come back here, I want you to get out of this city, it's hell on earth right now, and nobody can afford to lose you, you are too crucial to the peace talks... to an extent... you are a sign of hope..." he closed his eyes, laying his hand against the wall, pressing his open palm against it. "and rationalism..." he punched the wall and it crumbled slighlty. he then sent a shockwave of earth energy at it to break the rest apart. "Were at the aquaducts of the castle, I'm sorry, but the sewers is the only way out of here without being noticed..." he looked back towards the opening. "Lets go..." he started through, looking back and making sure the King was following along with his one guard.

His face was bright red now, his hands were clenched tighlty around his weapons and veins were visible in his wrist. He slashes out at a pillar, taking out a big chunk and splinters to the floor.

"Just what I need right now.... forget it... it's.... useless.... im gonna go find him..."

He quickly races out the door and walks down numerous hallways littered with bullet holes, debris and dead bodies. He quickly disposes of any person that attacks him and dodges every bullet in his path. After walking for a few moments he notices Furaiken crawling around. He walks up to him and kneels. In a very deep commanding tone he starts talking to the crippled man.

"What mess have you gotten yourself into?...."

Akechi was leaving through the back entrance as he left his gun with the wounded man, when Cozen entered the room, Akechi, bewildered at the fact he had not yet been evacuated from this place of absolute destruction, Akechi ran over to him and the wounded ally and said, "Cozen sir! Why arent you out of here!" when a peice of rubble came flying past his face and made a large whole in the wall

Jakain finally came across Hetrox at the armory. He was reloading his guns and glancing at the weaponry inside. Jakain shrugged and said "Have some of your men carry it out with us." and then turned around to see Aklaine stalk down the hallway. "Alright you two. Recall your men. I gather that our other two associates were unable to capture Cozen. Lets get the hell out of here."

Aklaine calmly walked out of the now ruined castle from a hole in the side. Glancing at the police forces rushing towards the castle, he balled his hand into a fist, then flattened it. A wall of earth, about the size of a building, slowly rose from the ground infront of the castle and blocked the way towards it. Aklaine waved his hand and several hundred rebel soldiers came rushing out of the castle from the same wall Aklaine had left from. Some of them were carrying wounded or dead on their back, others were carrying boxes of weapons or armor.


Jakain and Hetrox walked out after the troops and Jakain turned to look back at the castle. He suddenly smiled sadisticly and said "Phase One is complete." and gave a chuckle. He then turned back towards Aklaine and without a word, the three started running after the soldiers.

"Dont worry about me... I'll be fine... ive been troubled by many things, and this is nothing believe me.... Look, just get out of here, Im going to help this one, im starting to feel a little sympathy.... funny I see so many people die in front of my eyes... but this one has spirit...."

He grabs a rag out of his back pocket and wraps it around the more severe damages tightly. Blood slowly starts seeping through them but its enough. He presses his soaked hands up to the mans neck and can feel a very faint heartbeat.

"He doesn't have much time, I need to hurry. Akechi, I want you to help me. Go grab some supplies and set up a table so we can help him...."

He grabs Furaiken's arm and swings it over his shoulder, then lifts the man onto his back. His is arms dangled lifelessly as Cozen begins to walk.

Resipoz nods and calmly makes his way to the sewers. "Self-preservation outweights disgust. I shall be fine, I'm capable of defending myself. So lead on."

Tarox nods and starts into the sewers, leading the way, having used his earth powers to formulate a small splint of wood and his fire powers to lite it, creating a makeshift torch. The started through, stepping into the waist deap sludge and grime, the horrid stench filling their nostrills. "it's not far... O led us through to bypass alot of crap..." he continued walkin. "no pun entended..." he kept going, looking back every once in awhile to see if the King was still there untill they got to the exit, a small drop into a pool of water and then they were a good ways away from the castle, pretty far from any danger. He looked at the castle, narrowing his eyes, then looked back. "King Resipoz, My duty to you is finished... I must now attempt to help my own King and Kingdom. I pray for your safety sir, and I bid you farewell." he brought his hand up to shake.

At Cozens words, Akechi immediatly got up and serched rooms for a medical kit, eventualy he found the medical offices, and almost immediatly found a first aid kit and bandages, HE then ran towards the room where he once was, cleared the table in the middle of the room, placed the equipment on the table, and waited for cozen to be ready to hoist him onto the table

Cozen drops a couple more attackers and quickly races the man over to the table. He slowly places him on and looks at the injuries. "Come on... stay awake. Your gonna be ok... hell I like you... you can be my new genral... my previous one isn't living up to his bond with the nobles and I think it's time for someone like you to take his place... so stay awake and be strong." He takes a sharp glance at Akechi and waits for him to begin the needed arrangments. "Go on."


((Frankly im quite dissapointed with the way things are going in this RP. You guys are doing a good job but the lack of posting is sickening. I would love to see more of it but if your hearts aren't on set on it then i have no choice but to exterminate, you know who you are. Carry on))

Resipoz nods and shakes his hand. "At last, a respectable man among you. You have my gratitude and respect." He nods to Rolan and makes his way out of the city, reaching for his firearm.

((My insomniacl sleep schedule, coupled with the fact that I recently got a huge-arse sprite commission (As in, a 50$ commission, it's a 70 sprite sheet that requires huge amounts of detail.) is eating up any Roleplaying time I have. I can post more, but I'd have to stop...eating or something.))

Feyja watches another part of the castle collaspe. "What is he doing? Why didn't he leave yet, he's right near the exit! Leave that dying fool to his death and leave, Cozen!" Her eyes narrow and she studies the remaining castle carefully. "I wonder if that Cleyvex made it out."

Ackechi nods, and digs through the First aid kit for some antiseptic, but finds alcohol instead, he also finds some, tweezers, more bandages, band aids, asprin, and cough syrup Akechi then takes a little of the alcohol and begins to disinfect the shoulder while saying "This will hurt, Alot" he then hands everything (except a little bit of bandages) to cozen

He didn’t hear any of Cozen words because of his current state. It would come to him like so faint that it sounds like a voice in a slow motion. Besides that he didn’t even notice he was on the table.

Furaiken begins to suffer a new sense of pain, a familiar painless type of pain. He starting not to know anything not even what happen or who anyone or himself was. A feeling of something eating away his mind and memories.

He then fell into a dream state. Where he saw himself floating in a dark space with a figure of a person across from him. Was he hallucinating? The figure spoke to him in a male’s voice.“Son! The world is made of weak and un-cooperated people! They deserve death and destruction on their wasted lives!!”

Then a bright flash came to him and the person disappear. He then found light above him and saw a figure of a women coming down to him. She too spoke to him.“My son… my light… my hope…”

Suddenly Furaiken gave a loud yell and awaken. He sense finally kicked in and he finds himself on the same table in the room with Ackechi and Cozen. His breath quicken and sweat appeared on his face.

((Hello everyone... I think I have found our solution to this dilemma. How about we shut DE down for now and start it back up when more people have more time to post? While its gone I'll be doing other small RP's and location threads. So what do you guys think?))

"Please calm down! Your going to make it worse!" He presses his powerful hands on the mans chest and pushes him down. He then wets a rag and blotches it on his forehead. Two men come in and Cozen takes a hit in the shoulder, he chuckles a bit and quickly dispatches them. He quickly returns to Furaiken and puts on the last of the bandages. "He's lost alot of blood....." He grabs an I.V. bag that was hidden in the kit and gets rid of its contents then holding the bag open he slits his arm letting the warm blood fill the bag. A few minutes go by and the bag is finally full. He gives the bag to Akechi and burns his wounds shut with his gun then stick the needle in Furaikens arm. "It's only a matter of time my friend.... stay with us...be strong."

Akechi takes the bag and pushes it into his pocket, He then finds the scissors, cuts the bandages and finishes his patch job on Furaikens shoulder, he then takes out the asprin, and begins to grind it into a power, in which he takes out a flask of water, and begins to sprinkle the fine dust into the water, he then says "Cozen, could a lift his head up for a moment, and gets ready to give Furaiken a drink from the water with medication
