This character is confined to the GXF storyline only. He's been used for over four years at different locations, from HTLOZ to the now dying GXF. He cannot participate in any other RPs other than the ones involved in this storyline.

Eye Color: Black eyes, no glasses or contacts.

PART II

Strengths & Abilities: One is very calm, almost sage-like. This allows him to think properly, without his mind being clouded. The Abbis are a race of warlocks, so he uses magic attacks primarily. His only weapon is called Shay's Staff. How it came to be in One's hands is yet to be explained. The Staff allows him to harness magic easier. As he was not able to get a full training as a boy, some of the attacks that are performed with ease with the help of the staff, are difficult and take more time without it. Therefore, One is considerably weaker without this Staff.

Weaknesses: Even though he is very focused, and his mind is usually clear. He has a certain weakness for his race, which is on the verge of extinction. He can't stand to see another one of his kind die, knowing it means the end of the Abbis. Also, even though he is able to keep his mind clear in most situations, he is indecisive. This weakness ultimately led to his death/suicide. Also he took an old fashioned stance on fighting. While the other Abbis he grew up with learned how to use other means of attack besides magic, One didn't take advantage of this. Thus he's never used a gun and does not know how to properly fight with a sword.

PART III

Personality: One would be best described as a very loyal person. This is maybe even be a weakness, as he is too trusting. However, he loves his friends and family, and will be there for them when they ask him for help. Otherwise, he uses his powers when all other options are exhausted. He's known to be very focused in combat, but not have the same mentality as the others in his Warrior Race, thus he is somewhat weaker. 

Biography: An Abbis can be generalized as what one might call a warlock. The Abbissian are an "elite" (Meaning, they live longer and by nature can harnass magic) humanoid race, but also a sub-Angel species. Each Abbis posesses an aura which is the central core of his or her magic ability/life force. Because the aura is composed of a certain type of energy, this allows specialization in a specific element. (Ex: An aura composed of dark energy will allow the owner to demonstrate a dominate control over dark magic.) An Abbis can force this aura to appear in a visible state when using magic or upon request. The average lifespan of an Abbis is 5000 years.

Obersin. A city which is located up high up on an inactive volcano. It was very shadowy and red, difficult to tell night from day. It was very cramped, and very hot. Little vegetation, and to get water the inhabitants had to travel down the mountain and into the nearby woods. At this time, over 4000 years ago, the Abbis were not dying out, there were thousands in number. However, this was a time of hate, as Angels bossed the Abbis around. There was a lot of bad blood between the two races, and it was in this period that One Avalon was born.

Early in One's life, his father Gin Avalon(Mine) and his uncle Gin Onarav(Gale) were summoned, at the request of the Abbissian King, King Jaliric(Fury Three), to contact the ArchAngel, Michael(Gale). This was being asked in hopes to stop any further fighting between the two races("The Abbis Angel War"). A secret meeting was held, and in this meeting, the Archangel murdered King Jaliric(Though the true story is different, the two of them were pawns to a larger enemy. To the Abbis people, it looked like the Archangel killed Jaliric, but to the Angels, it looked like Jaliric attacked the Archangel). This news swept through the Abbis community, and they retaliated. The war, which has been going on since before One was born, was now bloodier and more ruthless than ever. 

Before this, however, One began to hear rumors about an old home. A place called "Capital" and it was confirmed when his brother Gale overheard his father talking about it. As it turned out, the Angels, before One was born, kicked the Abbis out of the Capital, and moved them to Obersin, which was not as pleasant.

The death of King Jaliric forced One to fight in the war. He was joined by many others his age, including his brother/cousin Gale Onarav(Gale) and long time friends, Lara and Jekin(Both Gale). The war between the two races would have ended in a stalemate, as they were both pretty evenly matched; but the Angels sent in so many troops that the Abbissian forces were overwhelmed. When the Angels declared victory, the Abbis had been all but wiped out. With only a handful of them left, One included, they all went their separate ways. This was a heavy load on some of the minds of the Abbis, and were left mentally unstable. 

Many hundreds and hundreds of years passed before One showed up again. It's assumed that during his absence, he was recovering from the mental effects of the war. One had not heard anything from his parents, so he feared them dead long ago. He knew Gale was still alive, as was Lara and Jekin. (This particular RPG took place a very long time ago, and because of that, I don't remember it's name. >< Also, some details are left out cause I can't farkin' remember them.) One night, he was awakened in his sleep by a vision of his mother. She was in fact dead from the war, but gave One good news. She told him that his father, Gin Avalon, survived the war. 

After that, One went on a search, spanning over a few years and traveling to many different areas, for his father. Once he found him, One lived with him for a while, training under his watchful eye. He was glad he could finally take the opportunity to get a full training now. During the years with his father, he became exponentially stronger. But he also became wiser, and humbled himself. He lived at peace while with his father. Years later, One moved out nearer to home, his brother's home that is. He opened up Tri-Link's Cafe(Location thread) with two companions, DarK_LinK and flyboy_link. Their shop flourished, bringing in visitors from all around the world. However, his two co-owners began to lose interest, and left the Cafe, One was then forced to hire a new manager, because he too knew he didn't want to stay at the Cafe all day. He hired a long-time visitor, and old friend, Fury Three.

With Fury at his side, the Cafe did better than ever. After that, One had his little adventures with his friends, in and outside of the Cafe. However, the real problems came when Rand showed up. One's first encounter with him was in with Ayn, Fury Three, Gale and Bianca(Ayn). ("Malvagita's Stone") Fury Three became possessed, but One later relieved him of the demon("Alone in the Dark") but this time also brought about the beginning of a hate that would end in tragedy. Gale and Ayn became mortal enemies, with One torn between them.

Again, One went away, this time for a year or two. He returned to visit his brother Gale at his Castle in Estecia("Gale's Castle 2" - Location Thread). Here he met a Siren by the name of Laena(Ayn). Gale became her love interest. Around this time, Gale began to become mentally unstable and began talking about destroying the world. Later Laena died, and Gale flew over the edge. One was in the castle to witness all of this. He knew now that Gale would stop at nothing to avenge her death, to destroy the world, so he left the Castle to train, hoping to train and get strong enough to stop Gale. 

This was only a few months before the events known as Megiddo("Megiddo"). One teamed up with old friends and new friends. During this time, he witnessed the death of long time friend, Jekin(Gale) at the hands of Gale. The fighting went on, but while at their old home in Capital, where Gale murdered all the Angels and obliterated the town, One snuck off. 

On the night before his friends would confront Gale at his castle, Gale attempted to end the conflict by going in where the others were sleeping and killing everyone. One Avalon snuck behind him and stopped him. Here, they spoke and fought. Both going over past memories, One trying to calm him down by remembering the better times in life. But it all failed, so One, at a last desparate attempt to help Gale, murdered himself.
