When you begin the game, walk east four screens. When you come to a wall at the northern pathway, bust open the secret entrance to a cave using a bomb. Inside, will be a Heart Container.

From where the start of the game is, travel four screens east, five north, and then one west where you can bomb the rock to reveal a cave. Inside is a... you guessed it... Heart Container!

After obtaining the Raft, return to the area at which you begin the game. From there, travel east for eight screens, north for five screens, and walk onto the dock which will lead you to a building with a Heart Container inside.

Once you find the Ladder, travel back to the spot at which the beginning of the game occurs. Walk eight screens to the east and then two screens to the north. Use your new item to grab the Heart Container.

Once you have a Candle, go back to the spot of the beginning of the game. From there, head east one screen, north three screens, and at last, west one screen. Burn any one of the bushes to find the Heart Container.
