Deku Seed Bag (1) - Lost Woods Shooting Game

After entering the Lost Woods, take an immediate right. You'll find a target hung from a tree against the opposite wall. Take out your slingshot and shoot the center of the target for three perfect 100's. A Deku Scrub will appear and reward you with a bigger Deku Seed Bullet Bag. If this is your first Deku Seed Bullet Bag upgrade, it will be capable of holding 40 bullets. If this is your second upgrade, it will hold 50 bullets. |
Deku Stick Capacity (1) - Forest Stage Masks

To access the Forest Stage, follow these directions from the start of the Lost Woods: RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT. You will arrive in a room with a grotto by the back wall, near a group of butterflies. Once inside the Forest Stage, wear the Skull Mask and watch the Dekus reaction. An elder Deku will appear and award you with increased Deku Stick capacity. |

The second Forest Stage upgrade requires you to wear the Mask of Truth. The elder Deku will appear again and grant you increased Deku Nut capacity. |
Deku Stick Capacity (2) - Lost Woods Business Scrub

|
Defeat this Business Scrub in the Lost Woods and he will offer to sell you a Deku Stick capacity upgrade. |
Deku Seed Bag (2) - Market Shooting Gallery

Score a perfect game at the Shooting Gallery game in Hyrule Market Town to win an upgraded Deku Seed bag. If this is your first Deku Seed Bullet Bag upgrade, it will be capable of holding 40 bullets. If this is your second upgrade, it will hold 50 bullets. |
Bomb Bag (1) - Hot Rodder Goron

Stop this big rolling Goron with a well-timed bomb and he will reward you with a bigger Bomb Bag. If this is your first Bomb Bag upgrade, it will be capable of holding 30 bombs. If this is your second upgrade, it will hold 40 bombs. |
Bomb Bag (2) - Bombchu Bowling Gallery

Win the Bombchu Bowling Gallery game in Hyrule Market Town to win a Bomb Bag upgrade. If this is your first Bomb Bag upgrade, it will be capable of holding 30 bombs. If this is your second upgrade, it will hold 40 bombs. |
Quiver (1) - Kakariko Shooting Gallery

Complete the Shooting Gallery game in Kakariko village with a perfect score to win a Quiver upgrade. If this is your first Quiver upgrade, it will be capable of holding 40 arrows. If this is your second upgrade, it will hold 50 arrows. |
Quiver (2) - Gerudo Archery Range

Score 1500 points or more in the Gerudo horse archery game to win a Quiver upgrade. If this is your first Quiver upgrade, it will be capable of holding 40 arrows. If this is your second upgrade, it will hold 50 arrows. |
Silver Scale - Zora's Domain

There is a Zora at the top of the waterfall in Zora's Domain. For 20 Rupees you can play his diving game. Collect all five of the Blue Rupees he tosses into the waters below, and he'll reward you with the Silver Scale. The Silver Scale allows you to hold your breath underwater for up to six seconds. |
Golden Scale - Fishing Pond

In Lake Hylia's Fishing Pond, catch a fish weighing fifteen pounds or more. The fisherman will reward you with the Golden Scale, allowing you to dive underwater for up to nine seconds. |
